Belt Conveyor Ovens

Drying

Drying is a delicate process as drying too fast, too slow, or unevenly can ruin the previous manufacturing processes. The drying oven introduces fresh dry air to the chamber and expels the warm moist air simultaneously allowing to rapidly dry the samples. Industrial drying ovens remove water or other liquid from a material or object.

For designing a Conveyorized Oven there are many factors to consider such as: type of application, operating temperatures, oven type, oven size, heat source, available power, oven features and oven options. All these systems can be designed with electric heater or combination of electric and IR heaters.

Curing Oven

There is wide range of curing application found in several industries. A batch Oven or Conveyorized oven can be used for curing process based on the customer’s production requirements. These curing ovens provide excellent temperature uniformity, so your parts receive the optimal cure.

These ovens are used to cure powder coating, epoxy resin, Paints, thermoplastics, adhesives coating, rubber, polymer, carbon fibre, plastic composites and many more.

Adhesive Bonding

Adhesives are used in many industries, such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, transport, clean energy, and others.  Some adhesives can be cured at room temperature, while some are optimally cured by heat due to the adhesive’s chemical composition, or a need for greater bond strength or durability. A batch oven or conveyor oven can be used for adhesive curing based on the customer’s production requirements.  These adhesive curing ovens provide excellent temperature uniformity, so that the products and adhesives receive the optimal cure.

Preheating

We design and manufacture a wide range of preheat oven for industries. Industrial preheating ovens are used for heating product prior to forming, coating, fitting, or welding. Every custom built preheat oven is always designed and manufactured around the customer own process.

The oven contains multiple zones, which can be individually controlled for temperature. Generally, there are several heating zones followed by one or more cooling zones. The PCB moves through the oven on a conveyor belt and is therefore subjected to a controlled time-temperature profile.

The heat source is normally from infrared heaters.

Rubber Curing Oven

We have a wide variety of batch and conveyor ovens designed specifically for curing Rubber. In this conveyor system, Roller /Teflon Coated Belts are used for transportation of material. Stainless steel or Teflon coated rolls are easily removable for cleaning or recoating. Extruded material is heated evenly and consistently as it travels through the curing oven – no more cold spots.   Speeds can be adjusted to suit your extruder

Ink Drying

For printing, the ink must be dried as rapidly as possible to keep pace with the printing process. Electric Radiant heat and high velocity impinged air promote fast drying of inks, coatings, and adhesives, especially water base materials on most flexographic presses and other types of web presses.

Thermoforming

Thermoforming ovens heat sheets of plastic to a high temperature so they can be stretched and moulded into a shape. Thermoformed plastics are commonly used for the

  • automotive,

  • consumer products,

  • packaging, and industrial applications.

Overhead Conveyor Infrared (IR) Oven

Infrared ovens can also be used for products that run on Overhead conveyor system. All ovens are constructed with high quality components using our unique modular construction method. Our manufactured overhead conveyor ovens are a perfect solution for processing high volumes of similar parts.

Applications of this type of solution can be following:

  • Drying

  • Powder Coating

  • Lacquer Curing
